Your core tasks
  • Maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management System and administration of documents
  • Creation of sales related reports for relevant stakeholders
  • Monitoring and processing of sales-relevant KPIs
  • Preparation of activities for sales campaign management
  • Supporting measures to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Organization of customer visits and internal events
What you can contribute
  • Qualification in the field of business administration
  • Experience in working with a CRM system 
  • Independent and proactive work approach
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Focus on accurate, meticulous and careful work 
  • Open, communicative and friendly personality
  • Advanced knowledge of office tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Excel and Word
  • At least good verbal and writing skills in German and English
  • Optional: Car driving license
